Preface.
I stared out into the vast forest, the dark dense foliage completely encompassing the area surrounding me. I took a deep breath, though I honestly didn't need to, smelling all the flowers: rhododendrons, bleeding hearts, irises. All of these flowers seemed to encircle the house, I pursed my lips in a sour sort of way.
Hearing footsteps come up behind me I sighed, How did it come to this? I asked myself.
"I have no idea," A voice came from behind me and I rolled my eyes.
